Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation shall be charged a fee equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of the total reservation cost in case the guest fails to notify the hotel ten (10) days prior to the expected arrival of the guest.

Reservation shall be guaranteed on or before the option date provided. Otherwise, the system will release the room/s automatically.
Accommodation must be settled in full through cash, bank transfer or deposit or credit card, Ten (10) days prior to arrival or check-in date.
The hotel shall not be responsible to the company or its guests for its failure to abide of this agreement where such failure is due to fortuitous event, labor dispute or circumstances beyond its control.
No Show Policy:
A “No Show” charge equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of the total reservation cost shall be billed to the guest who did not arrive on the day of the reservation date.
